Scary on the outside but super nice and clean and calm on the inside. So glad I read some reviews that seemed real. The beds are super clean with silky cotton sheets. Ac room. Big clean modern bathroom. It looks like a scary by the hour hotel on the outside esp since the part of 39st looks like some side street esp at night. I had a very compact room I’m not sure if it would be too tight for 2 people u less you spend most of the day doing stuff and just come to shower and sleep. Little closet in room as well and desk. Also mini microwave and small refrigerator. I had things I forgot ordered and delivered from Walgreens with zero issues right to my door as well. Hope it stays nice and clean like this. A. Place you’ll notice a lot of people be barefoot because floors are that clean most of the time (good sign) I think rooms look much better than on the photos imo. They’re way more maintained looking in person

I've stayed here in times past, but haven't returned in awhile until now. I have to admit I am very impressed with the improvements I have seen. These rooms are very comfortable, the staff is great, and the overall experience has been a good one. Merry Christmas everyone.

Its absolutely nowhere near as bad as some of these reviews. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times for 5 days each (for work). The room was decent. The bathrooms are clean, they have toothbrush/toothpaste available by request. My room was cleaned EVERYDAY and the cleaning ladies are quite nice but keep in mind English may not be their first language. I do not drive but the parking lot was full everyday I was there so it might not be reliable. My biggest complaint is that due to the affordability, its booked by a lot of young people and the noise level in the halls can be a lot at times. I had to call the front desk to ask some people to turn down their music. The person saying they would rather sleep in a metro station than this hotel is super extra dramatic ; don't expect a quiet spa environment in a BROOKLYN, NYC hotel that's $100/night. Set you expectations accordingly with the price you're paying so you can avoid causing yourself unnecessary stress. $100 in NYC gets you the bare minimum and this hotel exceeds expectations. if you want amenities, quiet and staff that will kiss your butt, plan for $300/night.. this is New York City!!!

Clean room and friendly staff! Neighborhood is nice and safe. My room was cleaned every day. Room has both mini fridge and microwave which was a plus. Close to public transit. Overall pleased with my stay despite other reviews. Also, go check out Tacos El Bronco on 4th avenue close by. ;) it was a good local spot.

It is a nice clean hotel for under $ 150 a night in Brooklyn. It's a surprise gem in the city. Didn't see one mouse or trap. They are pleasant and the bathrooms are economy nice. I've stayed 3 times. Highly recommend if on a budget.

This is a great hotel option for travelers preferring a Brooklyn stay. Rooms are spacious, amenities include microwave and mini fridge. Located on a popular bus route (B35 & B70) and near Sunset and Prospect Parks, the lovely and setene Green-Wood Cemetery and also Industry City. I am a low-maintenance guest, did not want or require daily housekeeping, although it is available. Staff I encountered were all helpful and friendly. Save your money for soaking up the neighborhood, rather than a Name Brand hotel. This one was perfectly comfortable.

My experience at this hotel, was great. It's about 30-40 mins to Manhattan, located in nice community. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the lobby my floor smelled soooo good, each day. Lastly, staff was nice, friendly and welcoming, especially Ali . If your looking for a reasonable hotel in Brooklyn, I highly recommend this hotel.
